Designed a comprehensive collection of physical and digital branded touchpoints for a three-day tropical incentive retreat celebrating top achievers. Inspired by the theme “Tidal Rhythms,” the visual direction incorporated the natural textures, colors, and atmosphere of Marco Island to create a relaxed yet elevated guest experience rooted in vintage coastal aesthetics.
From personalized welcome materials and island-inspired merchandise to environmental signage and a carefully designed 45-page welcome book, each element was crafted to create a cohesive sense of place throughout the attendee journey. Experiential moments, including large-scale photo opportunities and immersive branded details, helped transform the event into a memorable destination experience centered around celebration, connection, and recognition.
