2023 SITE Crystal Award Winner — Excellence in Incentive Travel North America
Designed an immersive collection of physical and digital brand touchpoints for a multi-day recognition event celebrating top achievers. Inspired by the theme “A Constellation of Wonder,” the creative direction drew from the surrounding desert landscape and expansive night skies to craft a visually rich and emotionally resonant attendee experience. Every detail, from personalized welcome materials and branded merchandise to environmental graphics and large-scale installations, was carefully designed to create a sense of discovery, celebration, and connection throughout the event journey.
As the sole designer of a comprehensive 35-page welcome book and numerous experiential assets, the work balanced storytelling, environmental branding, and premium event design to ensure consistency across all attendee touchpoints.
