Marriott Topline Leadership Summit 2024
Designed a large-scale immersive conference experience entitled “Meet the Moment,” a multi-day event attended by several thousand guests that transformed a Los Angeles hotel into a fully integrated brand environment. Inspired by the city’s vibrant energy and urban character, the visual system combined bold color palettes, large-format graphics, dynamic wayfinding, and experiential installations to create a cohesive attendee journey across the property.
Every touchpoint — from arrival moments and stage environments to signage and branded activations — was intentionally crafted to reinforce the conference message while creating a high-energy and visually memorable atmosphere. The experience culminated in a live musical performance that elevated the event beyond a traditional conference into a destination-style brand experience.
